Fashion Gone Rouge is a unique opportunity for photographers to become acquainted with the digital cinema equipment and workflow necessary to produce a high-end, short fashion film. Utilizing the revolutionary RED Epic camera and working with seasoned professionals, the Fashion Gone Rouge program will give photographers/directors on-set experience with crew such as Cinematographers, Camera Assistants, Gaffers, DIT’s and Editors to produce a fully realized short fashion film. Additionally, the photographers will work with experienced fashion models, hair and make-up artists and stylists.
The program consists of a curriculum that will take a participating photographer through 3 days of intensive, hands-on training ranging from camera setup and use to post production procedures. Upon completion the photographer will not only take home a finished video piece that will serve as the beginning of a fashion motion reel, but will also walk away with the knowledge and confidence necessary to provide these valuable skills to their existing clientele in the motion content hungry contemporary fashion market.
